Colorado
Qualistar Early Learning provides a website where ECE providers can identify consultants who have received the CCHC training. The website also provides a basic, 45-minute online training about the role of the CCHC.
Georgia
The Healthy Childcare Georgia website includes information about CCHC services and training, and it provides contact information that enables providers to reach local CCHCs around the state.
Indiana
Indiana’s Child Care Health Consultant Program maintains a website.
Iowa
Child Care Business — Partnership Agreement (Word document containing a sample Child Care/CCHC agreement)
Child Care Business Health and Safety Quality Improvement Plan can be used to document CCHC visits.
Healthy Child Care Iowa’s website includes health and safety information for parents and families, ECE providers and CCHCs. In addition to a registry of CCHCs by county, the website lists ongoing training opportunities for the staff of ECE facilities.
Iowa’s Department of Human Services provides additional sample forms and resources to support child care programs in meeting health and safety requirements for the state’s Quality Rating System.
