Welcome to the Healthy Child Care Consultant Network Support Center!

The mission of the Healthy Child Care Consultant Network Support Center (NSC) is to strengthen statewide networks of child care health consultants (CCHCs). The NSC provides resources and support that help CCHC networks promote the healthy development of children in out-of-home early care and education settings. On this website CCHCs, state leaders, and early care and education providers can find resources and information to support their work toward this important goal. The NSC also offers phone and onsite technical assistance (TA) to state leaders to support the development or sustainability of their CCHC networks. The Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) funds the NSC to advance the goals of Healthy Child Care America and the state Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems initiatives.

Main Features


State CCHC Profiles describe CCHC activities in each state and territory. You can read about CCHC activities in individual states. Or, you can use the CCHC Facts Wizard to generate tables of selected features of CCHC systems across the states.

National CCHC Registry contains information that individual CCHCs provided. You can search for CCHCs by name, location, expertise, and other criteria. You can join the Registry. Or, if you have already joined the Registry, you can update/edit your information.
